Robert Wyman

I started as an intern and spent multiple years working side by side with Rex Glendenning as his assistant.

Over the last 7 years, I’ve been personally responsible for over $300M+ in transactions and 9,000+ acres, working directly with investors, landowners, and developers across multiple markets.

That experience shapes how I evaluate deals today — not just based on comps, but on positioning, timing, and where value is going.
