Refund, Cancellation & Service Policy

1. Overview
BrightFame, LLC (“Company”) provides private sales coaching and mentorship services under the Warrior mentorship programs.

All services are delivered as professional consulting and performance-based mentorship. By enrolling in any program, the client agrees to the policies outlined below.
2. Enrollment & Payment Terms
Enrollment in any Warrior program is by application and acceptance only.

Clients must:

• Complete an application
• Be approved by BrightFame
• Sign a written service agreement
• Submit payment (pay-in-full or agreed installment plan)

Payment plans are binding agreements for the full program duration.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of private coaching, strategy development, and intellectual property access:

All payments are non-refundable.

Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for:

• Unused sessions
• Missed sessions
• Partial program participation
• Change of personal circumstances
• Business performance outcomes

By enrolling, the client acknowledges that results depend on individual implementation and effort.
4. Minimum Commitment Terms
3-Month Program

Clients are committed to the full 3-month term.

At the conclusion of 3 months, services may continue month-to-month only if both parties agree in writing.
5-Month & 12-Month Programs

Clients agree to a minimum 3-month commitment.

After the initial 3 months:

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.
• Payment obligations during the 30-day notice period remain due.

If a client chooses to discontinue after the minimum period, any outstanding installment payments already agreed upon remain payable according to the original contract terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Plans & Failed Payments
If a payment fails:

• The client will be notified.
• Payment must be resolved within 5 business days.
• Services may be paused until payment is current.

Repeated failed payments may result in termination of services.
6. Scheduling & Attendance
Clients are responsible for:

• Attending scheduled sessions on time
• Providing at least 24-hour notice for rescheduling
• Actively participating in sessions

Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.
7. Results Disclaimer
BrightFame provides strategy, mentorship, and performance systems.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific income outcomes
• Specific revenue increases
• Business success

Results vary based on market conditions, skill, effort, and execution.
8. Client Conduct
BrightFame reserves the right to terminate services if a client:

• Acts unprofessionally
• Harasses or abuses staff
• Engages in unethical or illegal activity

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, recordings, and systems provided remain the intellectual property of BrightFame, LLC.

Clients may not:

• Share materials publicly
• Resell materials
• Reproduce content without written consent
